Our Story

For over 31 years Amistad Therapy Center has been helping the residents of Del Rio and San Antonio find solutions for life's problems. We also serve the military families and veterans of our community through Tricare, Military One Source, federal grants and the choice card.

We provide individual, marital and family therapy to address:

Depression

Grief/Loss

Anxiety

Couples Therapy

Trauma

Abuse

PTSD

Anger

OCD

Substance abuse

ADHD

Behavioral and scholastic issues with children and teenagers

Psychosis

Military related readjustment

Issues affecting blended families

We also provide Telepsych sessions through video conferencing. The normal insurance pre authorization has been federally waived during the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic.

We take most major insurances and their Employee Assistance Programs, the Veteran Choice card and self payment.
